              1.Items will be sent out within 3 business days  after the payment cleared.

             2. Please make sure your address is correct . We  are not responsible for the package

loss in the mail  because of wrong or undeliverable address .

            3. Items will be shipped by registered airmail with  tracking number,

 delivery time depends on destination and other  factors(custom clearance or during the holidays and so  on).

 please note that delivery times may be longer,  particularly during peak periods or with bad weather  conditions .

             4. Import , duties , taxes and charges are not  included in the item price or shipping charges , these are  the buyer’s responsibility .



             1. All items are checked and packed in good  condition before dispatch. We promise all items are 100%  new and inspected.

            2. Please check clearly after you receive the bag .  If you find any defect in 

our items, please contact us  immediately for further assistance . we will reply to you as  soon as possible .

 But please allow delay reply for non-business day .

               3. Seller can be responsible for all return shipping  charges if the item with quality problem before use . if not  , we would not return the money and accept the items . The artificial damages ( screen dropped or broken , scratches  etc. ) is out of warranty .

             So , if customer want to return the item , pls send out and give us the express checking number in 5days after received the item . if not , this

behavior would be judged acceptance , we would not allow the return . 

            4. Open parcel in post office or in the post man\'s presence , if the item inside the parcel was broken or be stolen obviously , take a picture and ask the post office provide office to provide official document , especially the claim paper .
